Data Entry Coordinator Part-Time

Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Part-Time Data Entry Coordinator in our St. Louis office for our Lionsbridge division. In this position you are responsible for data entry and processing of various job leads and related job cost and billing information, maintaining digital department filing, and assisting with other department data entry needs.

Our Data Entry Coordinator will:
  • Process Data entry of new job awards and service requests into proprietary CCA Tracking System (CTS), inclusive of document storage.
  • Process and enter job billing data into CTS.
  • Process electronically received jobs in CTS.
  • Route various CTS job updates received from assigned CCA members and/or generated by other integrated systems for status updates.
  • Maintain digital member data files for CCA members who are active in programs tracked within CTS.
  • Data entry of new member contacts and zip service areas related to CTS usage.
  • Each of the responsibilities will be accomplished with authentic service, attention to detail, sense of urgency, responsiveness, follow up, genuine care, and passion.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?

The position requires a high school diploma, plus 1-2 years data entry, administrative support and/or business-related experience. Requires the ability to easily learn new software programs. Must also have familiarity with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel.
