  • Support the TrueCar vehicle data pipeline by researching and inputting new vehicle features and specifications
  • Monitor/QA TrueCar and related partner sites to ensure the utmost data accuracy
  • Research and monitor various OEM websites and data feeds for insights on model updates and new vehicle releases
  • Participate in development and improvements of our data publishing systems
  • Develop vehicle data reporting metrics to work cross-functionally within TrueCar
  • Work independently with Scrum teams to impart knowledge and vehicle data expertise
  • Understand the pipeline process of data movement and transformation
  • Document and create rules relating to data standards and definitions


  • Auto Enthusiast –We’re car geeks and we’re proud of it!
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Works well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of system databases


  • Database knowledge/skills
  • Write and edit SQL/Postgres queries to pull data and interpret and/or generate reports
  • Bachelor’s degree
