  • High school diploma

Job summary
The Reliability and Maintenance Engineering (RME) team is looking for a Scheduler for the Central Planning and Inventory Management team. This position will play a vital role in the assigning of daily tasks to the maintenance technicians and driving increased reliability across the RME network.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the execution of delivering the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans within RME’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), across multiple sites
  • Schedule Preventative and Predictive tasks down to the tech level, giving the technicians a planned workload of maintenance activities to complete on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Planners to plan and schedule on-site RME project work, ensuring that work requests are being completed in a timely manner for our customers
  • Ensure the system accurately forecasts and assign all required preventative maintenance tasks to technicians within the team to provide a high level of equipment availability to our internal customers
  • Review setup information for sites in EAM to ensure proper site setup and updates are made as needed
  • Assist in review of the sites performance to the maintenance plan
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with the Infor EAM platform
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
