Social Media Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Community management for social accounts (reviewing, commenting, engaging, setting alerts)
  • Developing daily content
  • Assist in social audits and make recommendations for social strategy
  • Assist in writing copy, creating graphics, and creating content calendars
  • Creating and maintaining timelines, budgets, status updates, and other project organizational docs
  • Tracking social posts around various projects/campaigns
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Monitor traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in Social Media
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels & audiences
  • Excellent communication skills
